Introduction of Liquid Filling, Stoppering and Capping Machine
SED-GFX Liquid Filling Stoppering Capping Machine is applicable for filling, stopper adding and capping 15-500 ml glass or plastic bottles. It adopts the linear type filling; a mechanic way to stoppering; cap putting and clamp or screw cap.
The machine is composed of a conveyor, SS316L volumetric piston pump, top-bottom filling nozzles, liquid buffer tank, bottle index wheel, and a capping system.
Applications of Liquid Filling, Stoppering and Capping Machine
Great for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, food, and cosmetic applications. Process a wide array of light plastic and glass containers, plug/tips, screw caps, and brush tip caps. A machine can also process rubber stoppers into serum vials.
Liquid Filling Stoppering and Capping Machine can be connected to an automatic bottle labelling machine to attach labels to finished products.
