Introduction of Rotary Vial Washing Machine
The Automatic External Vial Washing Machine is designed to wash the outer surface of various medicinal bottles such as vials (1 ml to 100 ml vials), ampoules and oral liquids in the pharmaceutical industry. Its purpose is to eliminate particles that are formed on the vials.
There is often powdery dust that settles on the bottle’s outer surface after the vial (bottle, ampoules, vials, oral liquid bottles, capsule bottles etc.) completes its filling, stoppering, and capping. Therefore, vial surface cleaning is essential, which guarantees better vial labeling, no pollution to the surroundings during transportation and storage, and also ensures the safety of the workers who will come in contact with the vials after the filling.
Working Process of Rotary Vial Washing Machine
The medicine bottles are firstly arranged through the vial-feeding device, using purified water, detergent, and surfactant as optional media for surface decontamination; then compressed air is used to dry and purify the bottles. The transportation wheel always drives the preparation vials in an orderly manner through each cleaning and drying station.
The spray nozzle avoids being immersed in the liquid when the vial is decontaminated. The clean compressed air nozzle can blow off part of the cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the vial, and the high-pressure clean air can completely blow off the remaining cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle. The vacuum system can completely dry the bottom of the vial at the same time.
