Applications of IV Solution Production Line

The bag IV solution production line consists of three parts: forming, filling, and sealing.

IV Fluid Filling Line can be connected to other auxiliary equipment to form an integrated line.

It is suitable for 500ml-1000ml infusion soft bag production in pharmaceutical factories, such as general solutions, special solutions, dialysis solutions, parenteral nutrition, antibiotics, irrigation solutions, and disinfectant solutions, etc.

Equiment Details

Film-setting Station

Fastened with easily-operated gas tank, and film constant tension system is adopted to ensure a constant film tension.

Printing Station

Batch number, production date, expiration date and other information can be printed. Hot foil roll change without tools, secured by pneumatic clamps

Mould-opening Structure

100% guaranteed successful film opening

Bag-forming Station

Welding and cutting are completed at one station to ensure no deviation in cutting

Port Delivery Station

With automatic lifting function of bag mouth, automatic monitoring of feeding
