Introduction of Oral Liquid Filling Production Line
This filling production line is made up of ultrasonic washing machine, infrared drying and sterilizing machine, and a filling and capping machine, which is divided into the washing area, drying and sterilizing area, and filling and sealing area. The complete line can manufacture soundly and combine with other machines and complete the following procedures: watering, ultrasonic washing, bottle clamping with manipulators, turning, water flushing, air charging, preheated drying and sterilizing, cooling, filling, cap arranging, cap-feeding, and capping/sealing.
The linear type washing machine is used to clean inside and outside of vials and glass bottles. It has the following characteristics:
- Bottles are fed continuously by mesh belt into the machine.
- Vials are cleaned by spray water with different working media.
- Tunnel is operated in intermittent movement.
- Bottle pocket is used to hold the bottle for cleaning the transportation.
Features of Oral Liquid Filling Production Line
- The frame is made of stainless steel, with a polished surface. In the machine, key components include the main driving mechanism and working media piping/control system and others
- The operating area and the side protective board are made of AISI304 stainless steel. The surface of the device is covered with brushed stainless steel
- The washer is equipped with a tank to save circulating water and includes a heating tube and temperature sensor inside. It can control the circulating water temperature to above 65℃
- Control Cabinet connects with main machine and is made of 304 stainless steel
- The machine can be drained completely
- The orbital welding is used for SS pipes conforming to the EU standard
- 20% of welding is checked with Borescopes
- Automatic water drainage after production
