Introduction of Gummy Candy Making Machine

The automatic gummy candy making machine line is used to manufacture kinds of soft candies, gummies, jelly candies in different sizes and shapes. The production line is highly intelligent, equipped with advanced systems and components such as plc control system, servo motor, photoelectric detector, etc.

The whole candy making process can be divided into 12 steps, they are: sugar melting, sugar boiling, colloid melting, mixing and filtrating, temporary storage, filtrating, pouring into moulds, cooling, demoulding, drying, selection, and packaging.
