Introduction of HPLC
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is commonly used in the detection of various organic substances. Liquid chromatography has no limitation on the boiling point of the analyte, and is widely used in the detection of various chemical products, medicine, food, health care products, cosmetics, etc.
The optical path system of the ultraviolet detector of HPLC adopts a precise positioning structure, with high precision and small deviation. The deuterium lamp and optical system adopt thermal isolation technology, which shortens the stabilization time and minimizes the influence of deuterium lamp heat on the optical system.
Features of HPLC
- Adopt reciprocating double plunger parallel pump, double pump head alternate infusion: the system has low noise and long service life
- Process monitoring function: alarm and automatically stop the operation of the pump in the case of pressure exceeding the limit
- Equipped with a high-pressure infusion pump with solvent compensation factor: higher infusion accuracy and precision
- Plunger rod automatic retraction function: more convenient to replace the sealing ring
- The UV detector adopts the circuit structure of direct output of digital signal: avoiding signal distortion and interference
- Full CNC system: simple process operation, fast data processing
