The basic set of per production line including: dissolving tank, jelly mass cooker, depositing machine and cooling tunnel (controlled by Servo system), candy moulds, and gelatin melting tank & pipe.

Description of Jelly Candy Making Machine

The dissolving tank is able to contain 300L material at one time, equipped with high-quality steam trap, pressure meter, and safety valve. Meantime, 200L jacketed mixing tank is adopted, the jelly mass cooker si equipped with water heating system, including steam heating water tank, water pump, pipe heat preservation control system. Also, we support customiztion for jelly candy making moulds in types of shapes and sizes.
