Introduction of Wet Granulator

This high shear wet granulation is designed on the basis of the principle of one-step granulator. It blends and mixes the dry powder rapidly, and also meets the requirements of the GMP Standards.

The mixing wheel of the granulator adopts three blades of special shape, which rotate at a certain speed under the drive of the gear transmission, so that the material moves regularly. The mixed wet material is cut into uniform particles by the high-speed rotary cutter in a short time.
