Introduction of Vacuum Freeze Dryer Machine
The vacuum freeze-drying principle of this dryer dehydrator is a process by which the liquid in the product is converted into a solid, and then the solid is converted into a gas.
In the process of freeze vacuum drying, the “liquid bridge” between the solution particles has been frozen into a “solid bridge”. The relative position of particles has been fixed and there does not exist surface tension on the gas-liquid interface between the two particles. With the continuous distillation of solvent, the “solid bridge” continuously decreases, but the relative position between two particles will no longer change until the “solid bridge” completely disappear.
