Cancellation and Refund
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order and refund the fee to you. Please also note that the order cannot be cancelled if the order has been in production or is already shipped out.
We do not accept any returns of products. In the case of non-human damage, if the accessories of the product affect normal work, we can provide new accessories for free and ship them to you, but you should bear the cost of shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
