Introduction of Laminar Flow Pass Box
The laminar flow pass box is an auxiliary equipment of the clean room, which is mainly used for the transfer of small items between the two different clean area, and between the clean area and the non clean area, so as to reduce the number of open doors in the clean room and minimize the pollution to the clean room.
The pass box for clean room is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the two doors are interlocked with each other to effectively prevent cross contamination.
